Trey Phillips is a owner and a key member of the management team at Lakecliff Racquet Club.
Trey grew up in Austin, TX, where he was a 2-time state Champion at Westlake High School. He went on to play at the University of Texas from 1991-1995. While at UT, he earned a BBA degree in Marketing, he was a 3-time All-American in tennis, a 3-year Team Captain, and the 1995 Senior Player of the Year and NCAA Doubles Finalist with partner Chad Clark (losing to Mahesh Bhupati and Ali Hamadeh of Ole Miss in the Finals).
After college, Trey played on the ATP Tour from 1995-1999. Since retiring from professional tennis, Trey has coached collegiately at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and then the University of Texas-Austin. After that, he helped start the Lakecliff Racquet Club in Spicewood, TX, and then has gone on to a successful career selling Luxury Resort Real Estate all over North America and the Caribbean. He has been a part of the Lakecliff family since the very beginning.
Trey is married to wife Laura, and they have two daughters, Lee (age 5) and Anna (age 3).
